Weeknotes | 30th June - 6th July
A week spent learning about Microsoft Fabric and a weekend working on the Gower Peninsula, supporting a charity walk for Macmillan Cancer Research.
Work:
Deployed DR again, tested successfully, and destroyed.
Deployed a DEV2 environment.
I spent a LOT of time on Microsoft Fabric this week, with a view to putting in a PoC for our Data team to play with. Still early days with this one.
Did some support work on the new infrastructure.
Not work:
Great to get back on with the fitness, having been crazy busy for weeks, then ill for 4 weeks.
Kettles x2, General training x2
I traveled to Llanelli on Friday, after work. I was working as a Walk Leader on a Macmillan Mighty Hike. I work these jobs every year, such a great charity and event.
